Pennine Planning

The selection and coordination of our activities is done through regular planning meetings, both virtual and in person. We select and schedule games for the calendar, organise meetups, briefings and social occasions. Our current constitution can be downloaded here.
To become a member you just need to attend meetings and pay an annual £5 subscription.

Our Committee

We normally run briefing meetings approximately two weeks before every megagame.  

Although in person briefing and meetings are currently suspended due to Covid-19, we have run virtual get-togethers.

The current committee consists of:
